Cambridge Audio Warranty
Cambridge Audio products carry a non-transferable, limited warranty for parts and labor against manufacturing defects. Audio Plus Services will repair all defective product within its warranty period. The original bill of sale from an authorized US dealer is required for any warranty repair.
For a warranty repair, the end-user/retailer incurs the cost of insured shipping to Audio Plus, while Audio Plus pays the shipping back to the return address. Cambridge Audio products also require an RA number issued by Audio Plus as well as their original packaging. Failure to respect these conditions releases Audio Plus of responsibility against loss or damage to the unit.
Remember to protect your warranty; you can only buy from an authorized US Cambridge Audio dealer for an Audio Plus warranty. Refurbished Cambridge Audio has the same warranty as "A" stock.
CD/DVD players, Music server : 2 years
Amplifiers, tuners, preamps, etc : 3 years
Speakers: 5 years
Subwoofers: 5 years on speakers, 3 years on electronics.
Conrad-Johnson Design, Inc. will provide service under warranty to the original owner on products sold new in the United States for the lesser period of three years from the date of purchase by the original purchaser, or five years from the date of shipment to the authorized conrad-johnson dealer. During the warranty period, conrad-johnson will repair defective units without charge for labor or parts (with the exception of vacuum tubes and batteries.)
The following are not covered under this warranty:
Units which have been damaged by misuse, abuse, or accident.
Units which have been modified, altered, or improperly repaired by anyone not specifically authorized by conrad-johnson design, inc.
Units not purchased from an authorized conrad-johnson dealer in the United States for used in the United States.
Incidental or consequential damages are not covered under this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion may not apply to you.
Obtaining Warranty Service: To obtain warranty service, the unit must be shipped, along with evidence of purchase, in factory packaging to conrad-johnson design (or designated service center) with and insurance prepaid by the owner. After repair, the unit will be returned with freight and insurance prepaid by conrad-johnson design to any destination in the United States.
All implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited in duration to the duration of the express warranty. Some states do now allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties so the above limitations may not apply to you.
The Warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
The limited warranty on new Esoteric product purchases is 2 years parts and labor for electronics and 5 years parts and labor for loudspeakers.
There is an optional and incremental warranty upgrade available to you on new electronics purchases, (just as if you were seeking an extended warranty on a new car). Upon registering your new electronics with the "Product Registration Form," as supplied with your new product, we will optionally and incrementally extend your electronics warranty for an additional year to a total of 3 years parts and labor (At no extra cost to you). If you do not request this upgrade through this process the new product warranty is limited to 2 years. No optional and incremental warranty extension is available on loudspeakers. (Product registration information is only retained for warranty purposes and not released for any other purpose).
Esoteric warranties are non-transferable, unless the consumer re-certifies the product directly with Esoteric. In that event the remainder of the original warranty term would apply. Re-certification for a remaining warranty term requires the consumer to pay freight to and from Esoteric plus a $120.00 re-certification fee per unit. This fee is non-refundable even if the product is deemed non-certifiable.
Esoteric provides a warranty only on products imported by TEAC America, Inc. and sold only by our authorized dealers as new equipment. Esoteric in the USA will not service product under warranty that has been opened by end-users, modified or altered. In the unlikely event that warranty service is needed, the consumer must provide a copy of their original bill of sale, and, if so applied for and received, the extended warranty certificate (if applicable), to Esoteric/TEAC America, Inc. in Los Angeles, California.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON MODIFIED PRODUCTS!
Products modified (or "Modded") by third party companies render ESOTERIC products unserviceable by Esoteric.
Modifying products immediately voids all warranties from ESOTERIC. More importantly, since Esoteric does not know what these "mods" are, how they affect other circuits within the ESOTERIC product and most importantly, affect the timing and control functions within the product, they are not able, at any cost, to repair a modified ESOTERIC product.
Modified products should be returned to the modifier for service.

Focal Limited Warranty
All Focal Home loudspeakers are covered by a five ( 5 ) year warranty on speakers, and three (3) years on subwoofer amplifiers.
All Focal Pro loudspeakers are covered by a five ( 5 ) year warranty on speakers, and two (2) years on subwoofer and monitor amplifiers.
The Focal XS 2.1 system bears a two (2) years warranty.
Warranty covers all defects of parts or workmanship.
Warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse or abuse, or damages resulting from accidents or neglect.Please refer all servicing needs to your authorized Focal dealer or directly to Audio Plus Services.
If returned for servicing, the product must be properly packaged and shipped to Audio Plus Services or an authorized Focal dealer by the customer at his or her sole expense. After warranty repair by Audio Plus Services, Audio Plus Services will assume return freight charges.
Please retain your original bill of purchase as it is your proof of warranty. You are required to send a copy of that bill of purchase for all repairs covered by warranty.
This Krell product has a limited warranty. Below is a list of Krell products and their specific warranty terms.
Limited warranty of five years for parts and labor for
Amplifiers, preamplifiers, preamp/processors, receivers
Limited warranty of five years for parts and labor on circuitry or 6 years from the date of manufacture for demo or discontinued stock units.
Limited warranty of five years for parts and labor on circuitry or 6 years from the date of manufacture for demo or discontinued stock units, except drive assemblies, which have a warranty of one year, for defects due to manufacture only.
CD and DVD player
Limited warranty of three years for parts and labor on mechanical parts. Limited warranty of five years for parts and labor on electrical components or 6 years from the date of manufacture for demo or discontinued stock units.
Reconditioned Krell components
Limited warranty of one to five years for parts and labor on circuitry. Warranty length will vary by product.
Should this product fail to perform at any time during the warranty, Krell will repair it at no cost to the owner, except as set forth in this warranty.
The warranty does not apply to damage caused by acts of God or nature.
The warranty on this page shall be in lieu of any other warranty, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. There are no warranties which exceed beyond those described in this document. It this product does not perform as warranted herein, the owner%uFFFDs sole remedy shall be repair. In no event will Krell be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from purchase, use or inability to use this product, even if Krell has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale or receipted invoice substantiating that the unit is within the warranty period must be presented to obtain warranty service. The warranty begins on the date of the original retail purchase, as noted on the bill of sale or receipted invoice from an authorized Krell dealer or distributor. Previously owned equipment, when repurchased from an authorized Krell dealer or distributor has the balance of the original warranty, based on the original date of manufacture.
The warranty for Krell products is valid only in the country to which they were originally shipped, through the authorized Krell distributor for that country, and at the factory. There may be restrictions on or changes to Krell%uFFFDs warranty because of regulations within a specific country. Please check with your distributor for a complete understanding of the warranty in your country.
If the unit is serviced by a distributor who did not import the unit, there may be a charge for service, even if the product is within the warranty period.
Freight to the factory is your responsibility. Return freight within the United States (U.S.A.) is included in the warranty. If you have purchased your Krell product outside the U.S.A. and wish to have it serviced at the factory, all freight and associated charges to the factory are your responsibility.
Krell will pay return freight to the U.S.A. based freight forwarder of your choice. Freight and other charges to ship the unit from the freight forwarder are also your responsibility.
Krell is not responsible for any damage incurred in transit. Krell will file claims for damages as necessary for units damaged in transit to the factory. You are responsible for filing claims for shipping damages during the return shipment.
Krell does not supply replacement parts and/or products to the owner of the unit. Replacement parts and/or products will be furnished only to the distributor performing the service on this unit on an exchange basis only; any parts and/or products returned to Krell for exchange become the property of Krell.
No expressed or implied warranty is made for any Krell product damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, natural or personal disaster, or unauthorized modification.
Any unauthorized voltage conversion, disassembly, component replacement, perforation of the chassis, updates, or modifications performed to the unit will void the warranty.
The operating voltage of the unit is determined by the factory can only be changed by an authorized Krell distributor or at the factory. The voltage for this product in the U.S.A. cannot be changed until six months from the original date of purchase.
McCormack Audio Corporation of Virginia
This McCormack Audio Product is covered by a 90-day limited warranty. At no additional charge, you can obtain an EXTENDED THREE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY by completing and submitting the enclosed warranty registration along with a copy of your bill of sale within 30 days of purchase.
This McCormack product is warranted to be free from defects in materials and construction subject to he following conditions, for 90 days after purchase by the original owner.
This warranty is subject to the following conditions and limitations:
not been used in accordance with the instructions contained in the Owner's Manual,
been subjected to misuse or abuse,
been modified, repaired, or tampered with by anyone not specifically authorized in writing by McCormack Audio Corporation,
been damaged by accident, neglect, or during transportation.
Should a problem covered by our limited 90-day warranty occurs, please take these steps:
Contact your McCormack Dealer for verification and validation that a problem exists.
Have your McCormack Dealer contact us for a Return Authorization Number.
Pack your unit in the original packing materials (if these are not available, McCormack Audio Corporation will supply them at a nominal charge) and include your Return Authorization Number along with proof of the date of purchase.
Ship freight prepaid to McCormack Audio Corporation of Virginia at the address below via insured freight.
We will repair the problem and return it to your McCormack Dealer via surface freight without any charge for parts, labor, or return shipping.
Any implied warranties relating to McCormack products shall be limited to the duration of this warranty. This warranty does not extend to any incidental or consequential costs or damages to the purchaser.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or an exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusions may not apply. This warranty gives you specified legal rights. You also may have other rights in your State.
McCormack Audio Corporation of Virginia reserves the right to modify the design of any products without any obligation to previous purchases and to change the prices or specifications with notice or obligation to anyone.
Music Hall Warranty
This entitles you to have your Music Hall product repaired free of charge, at our discretion, for one year after the date of purchase, at any authorized Music Hall service center, provided the unit was purchased from an authorized dealer. Your original sales receipt is proof of purchase date.
Music Hall takes no responsibility for defects arising from accident, misuse, abuse, wear and tear, neglect or unauthorized repair and/or adjustment. Music Hall cannot accept responsibility for damage or loss that occurs during transit. The warranty does not cover transportation costs.
CLAIMS UNDER WARRANTY
Music Hall products should be packed in the original packing and returned to the dealer from whom it was purchased, or, upon authorization, to a Music Hall service center. It should be sent by a reputable carrier, carriage prepaid.
Do not send product via USPS (United States Postal Service).
Since no responsibility will be accepted for a unit in transit to the dealer, customer, or authorized service agent, customers are advised to insure against loss, damage, or theft.
NAD Electronics of America warrants this component to be free from all defects in materials and workmanship as follows:
NAD Masters Series 3 years, parts and labor.
Nad Masters Series refurbished 2 years parts and labor.
Electronic components (preamplifiers, amplifiers, integrated amplifiers, receivers, A/V processors, & integrated A/V products) 2 years, parts and labor.
Electro-mechanical products (cassette decks, CD players & changers, turntables) 2 years, parts & labor.
Refurbished components, 1 year parts and labor
This warranty is valid on the country of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable, and is valid for the first, original purchaser purchasing from an Authorized Dealer of NAD products. Only Authorized Dealer represent themselves as such, and purchasers may confirm the status of Authorized Dealers by calling NAD/Lenbrook at 1-800-263-4641.
What NAD will do:
Should your NAD component fail to function properly due to a manufacturing defect, NAD/Lenbrook, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace it free of charge during the warranty period.
How to obtain service:
To obtain warranty service, please bring your unit along with the original invoice or bill of sale to your NAD dealer. If he is not an authorized NAD service center he will direct you to the nearest one or you may call 1-800-263-4641 for the location of the nearest NAD service dealer.
Note: The NAD warranty requires proof-of-purchase prior to any in-warranty repairs. Always retain your original sales slip.
What NAD will pay for:
We will pay all labor and material expenses for covered items, but you must pay any shipping charges if it is necessary to ship the product to NAD/Lenbrook or to an authorized NAD service center. If the repairs are covered by the warranty, NAD/Lenbrook or the service center will pay the return shipping charge.
What is not covered:
This warranty does not cover a component which has been:
Damaged in transit or by act of God;
Overloaded, abused, misused, or operated with faulty or unsuitable equipment, or contrary to instructions contained in the accompanying product manual
Service by unauthorized personnel;
The serial number has been altered or removed.
NO EVENT SHALL THE WARRANTOR BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, whether damages result from breach of express or implied warranties, tort, negligence, or otherwise.
Some states (provinces) do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights with vary from state (province) to state (province) or between countries.
Spearit Sound Used Equipment Warranty
Spearit Sound offers a 90 warranty on all used components. This warranty is intended to provide assurance against intermittent defects that might be missed during the comprehensive testing prior to the item being offered for sale. It does not cover cosmetic defects. Should used component sold by us fail to function properly due to a defect, we will, at out sole discretion, repair it free of charge or refund your original purchase price during the warranty period. We will pay all labor and material expenses for covered items, but the consumer must pay any shipping charges if it is necessary to ship the product back to us for service.
YBA Design Warranty
YBA Design products carry a non-transferable, limited warranty for parts and labor against manufacturing defects. Audio Plus Services will repair all defective product within its warranty period. The original bill of sale from an authorized US dealer is required for any warranty repair.
